Insurance can be arranged for the transport of your artworks by us upon request or you can arrange it yourself. Just contact us and we will be happy to obtain quotes.

Returns Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of transporting art, returns are not offered on prints or original works of art simply for change of mind. Please see instructions on opening your order. All artwork is handled with the utmost care during the printing & packaging process. In the unlikely circumstances of your delivery being damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging PRIOR to opening the delivery and the damaged art inside and email to us ASAP.

Canvas prints - either stretch framed or timber framed - are wrapped with bubble wrap or durable plastic wrap to maintain the canvas and corners. Placed within layers of sturdy hard cardboard, then fully secured with tape and marked as 'fragile' for extra care.

Your choice of three custom timber frame types - Raw Tasmanian oak/black/white, all made to order including hanger & fittings with brown framers tape and felt bumpons on the back. Printed on high quality 100% cotton canvas with archival pigment inks and finished with 4 coats of art varnish.
Note: Add an extra 3cm to width & height of print dimensions for frame.

Your choice of white, black or mirror wrap. Printed on high quality 100% cotton canvas with archival pigment inks and finished with 4 coats of art varnish.
